ESOP Annual Meeting

On August 4th Employee Owners of D & A Companies came together to celebrate their annual Stock Roll Out Event at the Oxford Suites in Boise. Everyone enjoyed a catered lunch while visiting with our co-workers. Looking over the room it is incredible to think how far we have come as a company and how fortunate we are to have such a diverse pool of talent, experience and thought to draw from.

Aside from the yummy tasting lunch our Stock value was announced to much applause and each table participated in a Team Challenge. The Challenge rules were simple enough with each table sending one person, the Superintendent, at a time up to peek inside a mystery tub with a Lego crane inside that each table was to build a likeness of as best they could.

As is normal with our group, the competition heated up and your could feel the urgency to get it right and win the prize. It was immediately apparent that people were putting their best collective efforts and brain power into the Challenge.

Table 5 was the winning team and won $25 each for their crane creation which was judged as the closest match to the original model. The winning Team members were: Steve Wade, Bryce Toronto, Lisa Creech, Shaun Whitney, Jarom Toronto, Joe Duffy, Andrew Mora, Frances Sutton
